(five) Any amounts payable for the Board-controlled establishment from an obligation of a purchaser or counterparty that is a nonperforming asset as on the calculation date or which the Board-controlled institution has purpose to assume will become a nonperforming publicity thirty calendar days or considerably less through the calculation day; and(
